Clarify usage of Merge Request, merge request, and MR

What does this MR do?

I see "Merge Request", "merge request", and "MR" used frequently throughout our docs. I did not see our standard specified anywhere. So with this MR, I propose adding a short section, with reference to (current) item 34 of our corporate "Writing Style Guidelines, https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/communication/#writing-style-guidelines
