Add toggle all discussions button to MRs
What does this MR do?
Add a new Toggle all discussions button that allows to expand / contract all discussions on a merge request. It is really helpful in longer MRs with lots of discussions, since finding relevant content becomes difficult, having to click all over each discussion individually.
This was migrated from gitlab-foss!27524 (closed) (original implementation by @epenance).
