Implement designs pagination
What does this MR do?
This MR implements fetching paginated designs with cursor-based pagination. For UI we use the infinite scroll and fetch a new page when user reaches the bottom. Currently, the page size is 6 designs but I am open to suggestions.
Some UX cases:
- When we upload new designs, they still appear on the top of the list, increasing the amount of 'loaded' designs;
- When we have only one page of designs and we delete some, we refetch the first page to always keep the page 'full' or at maximum designs possible;
- Whan we have more than one page and we delete some designs, we don't perform a refetch
