Update AWS diagram and remove second Gitaly
What does this MR do?
This MR updates the AWS architecture diagram to achieve the following:
- Remove the read-only Gitaly server because setting this up is out-of-scope for this guide and should only be done with the help of professional services.
- Update the Gitaly setup section to:
- Call out that Gitaly is a single point of failure until Gitaly HA is ready.
- Add instructions for setting up the EC2 instance we'll install Gitaly on.
- Update the diagram to use the lastest AWS icons.
