Productivity analytics | remove initial data migration note
What does this MR do?
Raised in Zendesk tickets (internal use only):
Removes the note about an initial database migration for the productivity analytics feature.
Originally, there was an initial DB migration !15137 (merged) planned and merge, but it was removed in !17990 (merged) due to performance concerns from the DB team.
Leaving this note in the documentation adds confusion and sets incorrect expectations from users as no migration actually takes place, so the note should be removed.
