Update a11y testing docs to reflect current behavior
What does this MR do?
This updates the a11y testing documentation to reflect the current behavior. There's a bug in how the template is written that multiple URLs cannot be passed, and since we just added the docs I think we should add a note to it for now.
I'm currently working on a fix for this and will remove these warnings in that MR.
