Docs: add AWS types to the Reference architectures tables

What does this MR do?

Adds AWS types to the tables where we already had GCP types added. Was asked by Sid to this as a CEO shadow. As AWS didn't have exact matches I choose types that were the closest to the requirements. I always choose the one that at least had what was asked (which for some means the type is probably too high). But better have something than nothing in the docs?
