Set Correlation ID as env when calling indexer

What does this MR do?

This MR sets sidekiq job's correlation id as an environment variable when calling gitlab-elasticsearch-indexer. By doing this, we can use the same correlation id in its child process when making grpc calls to gitaly. The indexer side's MR is at gitlab-elasticsearch-indexer!63 (merged) . The origin issue is #35520 (closed)
