Use group_id in group routes
What does this MR do?
We currently use both :group_id
and :id
in group routes, which
is problematic when we want to nest other routes which also use :id
.
This removes all usage of :id
for group IDs and standardizes on
:group_id
instead, analogous to how we use :project_id
in project
routes.
This is in preparation for #211360 (closed), where we'll add the wiki routes nested in groups.
