Add line documenting DS_REMEDIATE var
What does this MR do?
This MR adds documentation for the DS_REMEDIATE variable used by the gemnasium analyzer.
It also updates the formatting of the default value for the BUNDLER_AUDIT_UPDATE_DISABLED variable.
