WIP: Bring WAF logs into the UI

What does this MR do?

Adds a section for logs just after stats and get the data from ELK aligning with the existing dependency for stats.

TODO:

• Compare the performance of adding the load into the existing ajax request and adding one only for logging.
• Clean up the timestamp related code
• Check the performance related to the maximum number of documents to be loaded

A first iteration as a possible solution for #205306 (closed)
