Rename Security:LicenseComplianceJobsFinder

What does this MR do?

We're dropping support for license_management reports in favor of the license_scanning report and License Compliance feature. (All stay the same, only naming changing).

That's why we need to rename all entities we have in our code that has License Management in the name. This MR is a part of this whole process. &659 (closed)
