Add award_emoji.id to list of excluded attributes on Export

What does this MR do?

Add award_emoji.id to list of excluded attributes when exporting Project/Group.

Previously added change Allow duplicate award emoji when Importing !28588 (merged) can still fail some relations to be imported with the error PG::UniqueViolation: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "award_emoji_pkey" DETAIL: Key (id)=(839) already exists.. It's because we export award_emoji with id, and if that id exists, an error will occur, resulting in relation creation failure.
