Add vulnerable projects table
What does this MR do?
Adds the Vulnerability Severity Component to the Group Level Security Dashboard. Since we're tight on time - we will reuse the existing Rest API endpoint for now, and iterate on this to migrate it to GraphQL in the upcoming milestones. For this reason, I had to bind the Store to the First Class Dashboards.
