Resolve "Incorrect arguments prevent Prometheus::CreateDefaultAlertsWorker from running"

What does this MR do?

Fixes an issue where we are calling the Prometheus::CreateDefaultAlertsWorker worker with incorrect arguments, causing the worker to execute without doing anything.

This fixes a feature which has not been released yet, so no changelog needed.
