What does this MR do?

The sql_replication_user is not a valid configuration option in PostgreSQL. If you were to place this in your postgresql.conf file when configuring an external PostgreSQL database, PostgreSQL fails to restart:

2020-04-01 20:57:34.538 GMT [8239] FATAL:  configuration file "/etc/postgresql/10/main/postgresql.conf" contains errors
pg_ctl: could not start server
Examine the log output.

When I compared the postgresql.conf from a working Geo instance against our current documentation, it did not have the sql_replication_user set.

Updating the documentation as a result based on my findings.
