Add feature spec for user view commits

What does this MR do?

This MR contains the spec portion of this MR > !30412 (merged) (I split these MR apart because I was rushing to get a fix for the S3 Issue #215700 (closed))

Testing Goal

The goal to test these 2 portions of the commits list:

• Check that header displays the correct count (2 commits)

• Check that the daily commit list has the correct number of commits (2 commits)
