Update minikube commands for Helm 3
What does this MR do?
I needed to install a basic k8s cluster locally and found that many of our current instructions used Helm v2 commands and options. I've updated these for Helm 3, as that's the version that you get with Homebrew now by default. Many of the old package names and options no longer worked, so I think this will help people run into less issues when setting up local testing clusters.
