Show warning for raw text when filtering pipelines
What does this MR do?
Currently on the first iteration of pipeline filters to be released in 13.0. We do not support raw text search yet. This MR ensures that we don't try and add data to the query params if raw text is used. And we will show a flash warning if raw text is used.
