Remove override of Organization for GitLab Team Members

What does this MR do?

In !30884 (comment 336490054), we decided to not override the 'Organization' field for GitLab Team members as we do currently.

The idea is to soft enforce using tools outside of the application for team members to set their organization to 'GitLab'.
