What does this MR do?

Update Akismet integration documentation. It was out of date and not super clear to me so hopefully this makes it a bit more clear.

• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
