Fixed output for determining if using Elasticsearch via console
What does this MR do?
Fixed the incorrect output of the first bullet point in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/elasticsearch.html#common-issues Now it is clear when one is using Elasticsearch and when they are not.
