Adjust Memory Requirements
What does this MR do?
Updates Memory requirements for GitLab based on improvements found in performance testing and the reference architectures. The page was quite outdated specifically for memory as the suggested values for number of users was way too high than what we can actually handle today.
Focuses the page on up to 500 users (as our minimum memory requirement of 4GB supports that now) as well as adjust other user counts for memory to be correct for today.
Also updates 1k Reference Architecture page to show correct values also.
