WIP: Separate Save and Test buttons and refine integration form

What does this MR do?

Apart from the change in the issue there are a bunch of refinements to code and UI polish done in the MR.

• Separate Save and Test buttons and change the redirect path after saving to reduce user confusion.
• As mentioned in the mocks in #218250 (closed), change / move some UI elements to follow the 4:8 columns layout.
