What does this MR do?

The current Azure AD GitLab integration docs, https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/azure.html, in part, is already covered in existing Microsoft documentation, here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/quickstart-configure-app-access-web-apis

Proposed solution:

• Cite the existing Microsoft doc
• Remove any duplicate info
• Specify what the user is looking for and must copy when going through the Microsoft procedure
