Geo Node Form - Redesign Form
What does this MR do?

This MR overhauls and redesigns the Geo Node Form based on the mocks provided in the above linked issue.
The most significant changes are the re-ordering of a few fields, along with a total rewrite/removal of the help texts included on the form.
This overhaul also includes the addition of a few More information links to help users in the form.
