Related to !28535 (merged) and #32358 (closed)

As discovered in https://gitlab.slack.com/archives/C0XM5UU6B/p1592409721316600?thread_ts=1592406603.314500&cid=C0XM5UU6B (internal Slack thread), the changelog entry for feature introduced in !28535 (merged) was accidently removed. This MR adds this.
