Document known kernel incompatibilities with NFS

Recently, RedHat shipped a version of the Linux kernel in CentOS and RHEL that causes uploads to fail to copy when NFS is used (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1783554). This warns users from using this kernel.
