Exclude integrations (services) from Project Import/Export

What does this MR do?

The import/export functionality is not working for some integrations (services):

  • Jira
  • Redmine
  • YouTrack
  • Bugzilla
  • CustomIssueTracker

After having a conversation with the people from the import team, we have decided to remove the integrations (services) from the import/export functionality, see #220342 (comment 362190758).
