Fix typo in 'single sign-on'

What does this MR do?

We have a "typo" w/r/t "single sign on" throughout our docs and UI. As noted in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single_sign-on (and verified in related specs, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect), it's "single sign-on" (with a hyphen)

FWIW, as a "typo" (even if widespread), I think a changelog entry is n/r.
