Rename the after setup page and update links to it
What does this MR do?
Change page name from After Setup to Using a Geo Server.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
I deleted the after_setup.md page, is it preferred to maintain it but to add a note to it that redirects to the new page?
