Change reference to SSH instructions and page and remove next steps
What does this MR do?
- Removes superfluous "next steps" on several pages.
- Changes way we reference SSH lookup
- Points straight to the instructions instead of an in-between page about how SSH is used more generally
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Does it still make sense to have ssh.md
if we accept this merge request?
Should there be another way to provide an easy "click-through" experience in the installation process, e.g. by providing a quick link back to the installation page?
Why was this MR needed?
Sid feedback from Geo demo, see points 35, 37, 38 in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-93kEWlL5npXcrgS1moEkzSwkUODVLpN4C6KC_S7YFM/edit

If paid feature, have we considered GitLab.com plan and how it works for groups and is there a design for promoting it to users who aren't on the correct plan
