Add expandable details to container registry lists

What does this MR do?

This MR enhances the list_item component shared in the Container registry codebase to support details_slot.

It also resolves an issue where the selected status background was inconsistent.

note: the screenshots provided are just informative, there is no real change to the 'actual page' this is just an MVC approach in delivering this new feature
