Get test suite details on click

What does this MR do?

When clicking on a test suite in the pipeline test report tab, the full report is requested. With this MR, we want to request only the individual test suite's information instead of the full report. This will help with performance and put less load on infrastructure.

This change is behind a feature flag, and does not require a changelog.
