Add badges to Geo pages

What does this MR do?

Adds Premium badging to the following pages. I confirmed with @nhxnguyen (the EM for groupgeo) that all Geo pages should be badged like https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/geo/replication/ so I'm replicating what is there on:

• https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/geo/replication/datatypes.html (what @sselhorn needed for the release post)
• https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/geo/replication/geo_validation_tests.html (what Nick asked me to add)

cc @eread since this is his group, and I'm stepping in while he's on his weekend.

Related to gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!41850 (merged) where the release post item was merged into the %13.2 release post.
