Doc work-around for clusterType

What does this MR do?

The Cilium installation docs mention that clusterType can be blank. This is not true.

This MR updates the documentation to be correct until we can allow missing/blank values.

• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
