Enable excluding filters in search query

What does this MR do?

This MR adds the - (hyphen) qualifier for the advanced search query, such as any filter prefixed by this qualifier will exclude any match from the result set.

Screenshots

Excluding any .lock file will effectively remove the Gemfile.lock result from the result set.

Another way to do that query would be to exclude Gemfile.lock with a -filename filter.
