Fix user_sees_sidebar_spec when vue_issuables_list ff is off

What does this MR do?

  • Removes the FF for :vue_issuables_list in spec/features/projects/user_sees_sidebar_spec.rb

  • In the Project Detail page, force the issues list to be rendered in HAML.
