Move Event Dictionary to Google Sheet
What does this MR do?
This MR temporarily moves the event dictionary table to a Google Sheet as editing this table at close to 600 rows in markdown is very difficult. We plan to have all our Product Managers contribute to filling out this Google Sheet and then we can copy and paste this back into docs. We may also consider converting the Google Sheet to a yml file.
