Show welcome page after sign up
What does this MR do?
The experimental signup flow has been in production for a long time and we unfortunately added more features over time to this experiment. We now want to clean the experiment up (started by removing tracking) and now extracting the "welcome" step.
The welcome page greets the user and asks them for their role. This is in production for a few months now (gitlab.com only) and we want to align the behaviour with CE/EE.
- On Gitlab.com we will ask for their role and if they set it up for their company or not. The
User.setup_for_company
flag is used for the subscription steps on .com or for letting users create a group after the sign up. - For self managed, we will just ask for their role, asking for the company set up does not make sense.
