Geo - Update docs to reflect FDW removal

What does this MR do?

Update docs updated to reflect FDW removal.

Since GitLab %13.2, Geo does not require FDW to be configured to replicate data, and in Gitlab %13.3, we are removing the support for FDW. This MR updates the Geo documentation to reflect the FDW removal.
