Add project code search to search documentation

What does this MR do?

Our search documentation doesn't reference any ability to search through code for a single project. This MR fixes that by adding an example.

• Label as security and @ mention @gitlab-com/gl-security/appsec
• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
