Milestone Dashboard: Move Gray Type Badge Next to the Milestone Title

What does this MR do?

This merge requests moves the gray milestone type label (either "Group Milestone" or "Project Milestone") to the right of the title like on the group page.

The issue description of #225393 (closed) states that the gray badge and the "Close Milestone" button should be fixed but I think because it is already on the group dashboard like this and it's better to stay consistent, or?
