Remove trailing spaces check

What does this MR do?

This removes the EOL whitespace check from the documentation pipeline. There are concerns it's causing a barrier to contribution because it's easy to trip this test accidentally when using the IDE and suggestions. It will be removed from the other projects as well, so that all 5 projects that this test runs on will remain in sync.

Following this change, I will create a manual pipeline job in all 5 projects to see when whitespace slips in. Alternatively, this might be an allowed-to-fail job in the main docs project. This will likely be added to the chores tasks for the technical writing team, so that only one person needs to monitor the 5 projects per month.
