Remove product suffixes from codebase

What does this MR do?

Contributes to #218764 (closed)

We want to stop including tier suffixes when defining an anchor of the link. Every change of tier for feature potentially breaks multiple anchors.

The idea is to strip product suffixes from anchors. See implementation MR: !39717 (merged).

In this merge request, I remove product tiers from all links in the project.
