Docs: Repository mirroring instead of project

What does this MR do?

Regarding importing projects from GitHub to GitLab, repository mirroring should be mentioned instead of project mirroring. Project mirroring implies that additional objects are mirrored other than only the code repository (e.g. merge/pull requests).

2. Ensure a release milestone is set.
