Rename DevOps Score to DevOps Report in the codebase

What does this MR do?

Solves #241698 (closed)

This MR renames DevOps Score to DevOps Report in the codebase, after !39953 (merged) introduced this change on the product side.

There's still target_id called i_analytics_dev_ops_score to be seen in the codebase - I will rename score to report in all files that have to do with visits tacking and usage ping in a follow up MR.

I believe this MR doesn't require changelog, as it's not a customer facing change.
