What does this MR do?

Improving our specs is another great place for contributors, this MR adds a link to a tool which helps with identifying good candidates to improve.

• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
