Don't apply Ctrl+P MR keyboard shortcut on Mac

What does this MR do?

Updates the "Go to file" MR keyboard shortcut to be only be applied with the correct modifier for the current platform (⌘ on Mac, Ctrl otherwise).

Prior to this MR, both ⌘+P and Ctrl+P were always applied, regardless of the platform. This collided with readline shortcuts on Mac.

This MR is very similar to !42239 (merged).

Word of caution

Don't accidentally press ⌘+P and then Enter while testing:
