Geo spec: use breadcrumb to check name change
What does this MR do?
On staging, this spec was failing because it did not find text in a banner. However, screenshots show the banner, and the project was successfully renamed. Also, the test passes on staging when either run automatically (from my machine) or done manually.
This MR replaces checking a banner with checking a breadcrumb to see if a project was renamed. I don't know why this part of the test just started to fail in staging pipelines, but checking the breadcrumb achieves the same goal and is less brittle than checking a string in a banner.
